COPD and the Patient Experience

COPD exacerbations, which are associated with rapid decreases in lung function and high mortality rates, significantly impact patients’ quality of life. In this video, Christine—a patient who has been living with symptoms long before her COPD diagnosis—shares her diagnosis journey, the impact of uncontrolled symptoms, and advice to others that may be experiencing the detrimental effects of COPD.
